President Doug Mills presents Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club's  Vice Commodore Kenny Rozak a donation from the Bahia Sail Racing Association for the yacht club's Junior program. The donation was made possible by a generous gift from Mr. Duvall Hecht, who stands between President Mills and Vice Commodore Rozak.
