- Doug Mills — President and Director
- Doug and his wife Sandy have been active sailors in Southern California region for many years. Doug is a Staff Commodore of Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club, a past President of the Southern California Regional PHRF Board, and he has served on the Board of Directors of the Newport Ocean Sailing Association (NOSA).
- Paul DeCapua - Vice President and Director
- Paul has been an active racer in Newport Beach for many years. He was on the Regional Board of PHRF of Southern California for 5 years and is a Staff Commodore at NOSA.
- Tracy Tormey — Secretary and Director
- Tracy Tormey has been an active in the Southern California yachting community for some years now. Currently she owns a power boat. She is an attorney, with interests in corporate law.
- Mike Pinkney — Director
- Mike is a successful dinghy racer in Sabot, Lasers, and small keel boats which include match racing and college. While attending College of Charleston earned All-American, National championships as a athlete and coach. Sailed various big boat races, big boat series, Newport-Bermuda, Ensenada and is currently the UCI sailing coach.
- Jerry Moulton — Director
- Jerry has been racing sailboats for more than 60 years. He started in Marblehead sailing at Pleon, the oldest Junior Yacht Club in the country. On this coast he is a Staff Commodore at SSYC and NOSA. He is presently a US Sailing Judge and Sail Fleet Captain at BCYC.
- Jim Kerrigan — Treasurer
- Jim has been a very active racer in both Newport Bay one design classes and in PHRF and races a Harbor 20 and Olson 30. Over the past 45 years he's served Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club as an officer and director many terms. He's been Commodore of NOSA, and is also currently treasurer of the Harbor 20 class and fleet.
